Lawn Care Technician – Make a Difference One Lawn at a Time 🌱
Lawn Doctor is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians. In this role, you’re more than a technician—you’re a brand ambassador, helping customers create healthier, greener lawns using top-quality products and professional treatments.
Important: We do not mow lawns. Our focus is on lawn and landscape health through expert treatments, aeration, and preventative care.

What You’ll Do:
- Apply professional lawn and landscape treatments
- Perform lawn aeration and related services
- Provide outstanding customer service in the field
- Identify and recommend additional services when appropriate
- Perform basic shop and equipment work
- Work independently while meeting daily production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Lawn care or related outdoor work experience (preferred)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
